Given that our services are customized and require careful planning and execution, we typically do not offer refunds once work has begun. This includes services such as:

However, if there is any part of our work that doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out! We're here to listen, and we will work with you to make revisions or find a solution that makes you happy.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you decide that TEAM.ME LTD is no longer the right fit for your needs, we make it easy to cancel your subscription. Just let us know 30 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll take care of it for you. Please note, we do not offer refunds for services already provided, but we will ensure that you’re not charged for future services if you choose to cancel.

3. Custom Work and Video Solutions

We know that custom work, such as career site development and video production, requires time and care. Once a project has started, we can’t offer refunds for work already done. However, if you feel that the work isn’t aligning with your vision, we are more than happy to discuss adjustments or revisions that can get us closer to what you need.

Our goal is to make sure you're completely satisfied with the services we provide. If you ever feel that something isn't quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. In these cases, we will do everything in our power to find a solution that works for you, though we do not offer refunds for delays caused by these factors.

7. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Once you've gained access to any of our digital products or services, including your personalized career site, video content, or subscription tools, refunds are not available. However, if you ever encounter issues or have questions, our support team is always available to help.
